Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur. All products are unique and may vary slightly in appearance and color.

Prices:

Prices for our products are exclusive of shipping costs. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Ordering and Conclusion of Contract:

By placing an order, you are agreeing to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed once we confirm your order and payment has been received.

Shipping:

The delivery time is typically between 3 and 7 working days, unless otherwise stated. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot be held liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt of the goods. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
